This 2 wks, Dear and I have been attending our friends ROM (Winnie & Xavier) and Wedding (Monir and May) ...

I am so touched May decision.

She must have took a lot of courage to accept a Indian Muslim man to be his husband and oso to convert.

Although his husband is not earning much, she still marry him. I believe she know her husband will work hard for their future.

True love do exist ~!~!~!

Anyway, after attending their ROM/wedding, I had this feeling of getting married...

Something that i was really happy abt,. was that I manage to meet both my ex bosses, David Poh and Lim Yong Hock frm PropNex there. Can see that they are happy to see that I enjoy working in such an establish company lor...

Dear Dairy, I have decided to write this posting because I realize I had no one to share my frustration/disappointment with.

I understand that today’s posting will annoyed many of my friends but this is the only way I can vent my frustration.

Those who think that you are being offended in this posting, I am sorry.

As many of you know, my dear joined AIA as an insurance agent recently. This is a fully commission based position, he work very hard to closed deal. I could see so many changes on him. For the sake of our future, he work till very late and go through all the tests for insurance agent. I know that he is serious and he want to build up his career. It is not easy to be in Insurance industry. You faces lot of rejections from friends, ex-colleagues, relative and even family members.

Many people have shared with me the first 2 years for insurance agent will be very tough, but if you work hard, you will see the fruit 2 years down the road. This 2 years is a test for many insurance, is the time they build up their client base, to let people know that he is there to provide a financial service. The success of an insurance agent starts with the support of their family and friends.

Thanks GOD! Dear manage to close a few deals from our ex colleagues and a few of his friends in these 1-2 months. Although the commission that he get isn’t a lot, at least this boast his confidence that he can do it!

Of course, dear do meet a lot of downs in this short period of time too. His friend rejected his calls, put aero plane without informing, late for hours etc and etc.

As for me, as a girlfriend, I tried my best to support him by getting policy from him. I can’t always help him through getting more policy as I do have financial limits too. Thus, recently I decided to give him referrals. Referrals are v. important to them as his circle of contact will be used up one day too.

I believe many of you, have received my sms that I actually forward your number to my financial consultant. Yes. He is my boyfriend. Firstly, I have to apologise that I you’re your contact to him even before asking your permission. Sorry. Secondly, I would like to thanks many of you who dun mind giving my bf a chance to have your contact. I really thanks you for all your replies.

However, I do received a few negative replies frm my friend.
One of my friend replied, “ WHY THE HECK WOULD YOU GIVE MY NUMBER TO WHOEVER IT IS?” And another best friend said “ASK HIM DUN CALL ME! I HAVE ALREADY BOUGHT MY OWN INSURANCE!” Even when dear just give a call to wish my best-est friend “Happy Birthday”, my best-est friend attitude will turn negative towards him so as to avoid meeting up with my dear…

Haiz… I thought my referral will help him greatly but never did I expect that it turn out so bad. Now I finally understand the feeling of friends rejecting you. And I mean best friend rejecting you…….

It has been a good wk. Monday was Vesak Day. As usual, I stayed at Dear's place and rot...

Tuesday, went back Propnex for DP Group presentation. My manager Geraldine was the one doing the speech. Thanks to her so much! I have got a lot of namecards... Hope that those agents will buy frm me. Anyway, have to thanks David for inviting me to go to his monthly group meeting to present.

Thursday, went Chervron with colleagues. This is the second outing that I joined in JobsDB. It was v. fun! Haha... Mayb bcoz most of s are youngsters so tend to be more crazy when we gather together. They taught me the 007 bang game... Haiyo... My reaction is super slow.. Keep on losing and had to drink so much... Anyway, I went back at abt 1045pm+.. So tired... mayb becoz I drink too much le...

Friday, went orchard. Woo.. Mphosis sales!!! Haha... Went in and hopping to get the slipper... but haiz... no more le... Anyway, Met up with Li Fong. Ermz... Had a belated birthday celebration with her. We went to Shoduku Pasta and Pizza at Cineleisure. The food not bad. For the price of abt $14 for pasta, is worth it la... We both had the apple vinegar drink... v. refreshing and sour... But so expensive. $5.80 for a drink... After makan, we went shopping around Heeren area... Wah... Heeren had become so quiet... Is friday yet so quiet... Nothing much to shop there... We make a move and went home at abt 10pm+...

Saturday, as usual I went to Dear place to rot. We brought his mum to S'pore Expo Food Fair... Yummy... We had Katong Laksa, Otah, Fried Durian, Korea Squid, Crepe with Duck, Fried Finger Food, Thai Ice Kachang... The fair is super packed lo... Actually we wanted to go Robinson 150th Birthday Fair which is oso at Expo. But Dear stomach pain.. so we quickly fetch a cab home.. We rot at home till evening and went Downtown East for a swim. wOOhOO.. To my surprise we saw a 10 sec firework while swimming.. Haha... It was the lighting up ceremony for the new E!Hub at Downtown East. After swimming, we went NTUC for marketing.. Got lots of tibits and instant noodle to stock up at his place..

Sunday, rotting... eat... and rotting again... lolx.. Had steamboat at his place... Yummy... Love his dad chilli sia... I can juz eat chilli with rice only... Dear came back my place at abt 9pm... And he is watching Van Helsing on Channel 5 nw...

Dion's 21st Birthday

Thanks to Dion for inviting me to his birthday. It has been a long time ever since my last meetup with sec sch fren. His birthday was a great opportunity for me to meet up with them. Though it was a short meet up, I was really happy to catch-up with them. I will definitely make time to meetup with them soon!!!

First time went to company outing. We had 2 executive suite chalet at Aranda. Yummy BBQ foods by chef, which means we juz sit and eat! Though I didn't stay overnight but I do enjoy myself there!

Her birthday was on the same day as my company chalet. Dear and I reach at abt 9pm+. It was at Coasta Sand Resort. Woo!!! I am so proud that she invite dear and I coz we were the only 2 PropNex ppls lo… Saw Mr. Subra (her boss) there. He tot dear and I still with PropNex lo.. Haha.. Told him where am I nw. Dear came to Jurong to fetch me after my work on Sat. Soooo sweet right? He took more than 1 hr journey frm pasir ris to jurong worz... Soooo sweeeeeet..... ;-)

We went IMM , ichiban for lunch coz dear have craving for jap food and sushi.... hehee... We shop around for awhile den proceed back my place... Yawn... so tired... Slept for 1 hr while dear play his psp. At abt 5-6pm, dear carry his computer and we took a cab back to pasir ris. . . We rot and rot and rot till Sunday. Brenda bao bei came over to dar place. We had so much fun playing with her! ;-)

Happy Birthday my dear!!!
Is the first time we celebrate your birthday.
I hope you have enjoyed yourself with all the programmes that I had planned for you. ;-)

Dear birthday celebration started on Sunday evening. I gave him a big big surprise by asking all his family member out for steamboar dinner at Bugis. I can see that he was really v. v. v. HAPPY!!!! Heehee… I know he love family outing that’s why I have ask his family to celebrate with him. ;-)

Anyway, on Monday night…. I went to dear place. We had a fattening supper… Haha… Chicken wing + French Fries + Horlick = Dear Birthday Supper!!!

And on today, we went to Esplanade to catch a Free musical show. Followed by dinner at Shokudo Food Bazaars at Raffles City. Hmmm… the cocenpt is like Marche. But I find it cheaper and there are more variety and definitely the food taste GREAT!
We had unagi ommelette + mushroom soup + rosti + omu rice with chicken culet + prawn roll with bacon + quail egg with bacon + ice pomelo tea! >>>>>>>>>>>>
And guess how much it cost?
Is only $35. (after svc charge +GST)

After the sinful lunch… We went around raffles city to shop…. Yawn… So sleepy after the heavy lunch….Dear decided to go back office to show show face… Haha.. And of course I tag along. Heeheee… While dear were bzy with his work… I quickly went to Ichiban to get a cheese cake for him… With the help of Azimah, quite a few of the colleagues gather and sing a birthday song for him… Dear was so surprise!!! Heehee!!!

Oh.. and I waited for dear till 6pm+… Definitely I will not get bored in PropNex. Wooo Hoo! I meet many agents and of course ex-colleagues. Told them abt me resigning after a day at recruit express. Lolx… And I oso inform quite a no. of agents that I have joined JobsDB. Ermz… Talk to quite a few agents abt posting on JobsDB. They are quite keen abt this new idea. I shall give them a call again tml! Woohoo! New sales coming in~!~!

Dear and I catch the show ‘waterhorse’ at Prince & Jade Shaw. It was a touching movie. ;-) Love it! After the movie, we eat again. Lolx. Had fish steamboat!!! Yummmy… The soup is super power de lorz! So tasty… The fish is so big, chunky, yummy! The beancurd is soooo smooth and silky…Wooo… And for ur information, the soup is cook by charcoal…. Yumm Yummm….. ;-)

Dear 32nd birthday ended with 3 goodnight kisses for me at Bugis Mrt Station. I’m sure he has definitely enjoy himself throughout the past 3 days.

And on Tuesday, I went for interview at JobsDB (online job portal) and thanks God!

I got a position there.

I have started working since Wed. Erm... I love the environment.

And a bonus for working at JobsDB is that I know of someone working there.

Winnie!!! Haha.. She was handling the one handling PropNex Career Fair A/c. ;-)

Congratulation to me!

I've finally left PropNex after 1 year + 1 month !!!

Yesterday was my last day in the company.

Bid goodbye to all my beloved colleagues and agents!!!

Thanks to Ellis, she planned a farewell lunch for both Joseph and me. yesterday ;-)

And thanks to David Poh, we had farewell lunch at Crystal Jade on Monday with Julie and Eileen.

We gave him a photo frame with the 'BEST BOSS' wording on it. Oh.. and we also put in our picture that we took with him on last Sat, Dinner and Dance.

We could see that he's sooooo happy. ;-)

Heehee... Alright, now i shall enjoy my FREE time before I start my new job on Monday. ;-)

PropNex Dinner and Dance was on last Sat at Shangrila Ballroom.

That was first time attending Dinner and Dance in my life.

I admit I'm vain la... ;-p

I spent close to abt $200 for my dress, accessories, bag, heel, makeup & hairdo.

But who cares?

As long as many peoples say that I'm PRETTY!!!!

Heehee... Many of the agents, staffs and even my bosses were like ... 'Waoh! Karen, u are so beautiful today!'

That's what make my money and effort worth! ;-)

The food served were average.

The programmes host by Gurmit Singh were average too.

But wat makes the D & D different were the peoples!!!

We (PropNex staffs) were v. united when our colleague, April was up on stage competing for the PropNex Idol.

We even gave all our roses to her!!! (excluding esther, that AUNTIE!)

Oh.. and wat i enjoyed the most was taking pictures with the agents, bosses, colleagues!!!

Anyway, after D & D, quite a few of us went to St. James to party.

It is really an eye opener experience for all of us...

Coz we realise that the2 man, Stuart and Charles could really dance v. welll!!!

Yipee!~!~ I am back from my Taipei Holiday le… It's sooooooo FUN!!!
Thanks to all who send me birthday greeting on my 21st birthday. Xie xie ni meng worz…
Alright.. I shall blog abt my Taiwan trip… Are u ready? Here we go….

13th Feb 2008

We took SQ flight 878 at 12.25pm at Terminal 3. Wooo… The new terminal looks cool but very few restaurants and crowd compared to Terminal 1 and 2. Dear and I had our breakfast at BK before we got onto our flight. I was sooooo nervous when we got onto the plane. Er… coz I really scare that I will have ear ache… I kept chewing gums and swallow saliva in order to reduce the air pressure. Thanks GOD! I have no ear ache during plane takeoff. ;-) We had our lunch on the plane. Both of us choose the oriental set lunch. It include yu sheng , chicken rice, biscuit, bun and Magnolia ice-cream. Overall I find the food was not very nice and I can't finish too.. But dear say nice lei… and hen finish everything… (shhh… fatty boom boom is like that one larz.. oopz!) =p

SQ flight CNY lunch ... (inclusive of yusheng worz...my dear love the smoked salmon in the yusheng!)

We reached Taipei at abt 4.45pm. It was abt 5pm+ after we got our luggage. We wanted to take the Freego express bus from the airport to the hotel but the only bus available was at 6.45pm. Dear didn't want to waste time waiting for the bus so we ended up taking cab to our hotel. The cab fare was standardized at NT1500. I find that it was ex lorz..

It was abt 6.30pm when we reached TS Hotel (near to Ximending) We unpacked some stuffs and then went to Ximending to look for the restaurant by the name of the Modern Toilet. With the guide of flowerpod podder, we got to the restaurant easily. The restaurant was full house thus we were on the waiting list. We went shopping for abt half an hour and when we were back, we got a table! That was our first meal in Taipei. I had Ma La (Spicy) Pork Steamboat and dear had Japanese Beef Steamboat. Both were served in a bowl that looks like Ma Tong. We ordered the set meal thus it comes with a drink, rice and the shitty ice-cream. Yummmy… My Ma La soup was really really spicy… My lips nearly turn into sausage but it was a great meal in such a cool weather.

After our ‘yummilicous’ dinner, we had a stroll in Ximending area. I got myself a new pair of comfortable shoes for more shopping in the next few days. I also got a hat for myself. Heehee… I look cute with that hat. Isn’t it? :-p

We took the metro train to Taipei City Hall area to look for clubbing places. And it took us quite sometime to walk from the station to the club ‘Room 18’. We enter the club at abt 10.30pm and there were not many clubbers around. Since it was ladies night, I’ve got free entry and a free drink. As for dear, his entry fee course abt NT 200 and he entitled to 2 drinks. We order a Vodka Sprite, 2 Tequila Shot and a fruit cocktail recommended by the bartender. The bartender taught us a new way to drink Tequila shot. Instead of lick the salt and suck the lemon after we drink the tequila shot, he make a pink cocktail to goes with it. The pick cocktail is a little sour and sweet but it taste really good compared to the usual way we drink the shot. The bartender is really friendly and fun! He chatted with us and I guess he assume that we are those usual clubber that goes clubbing every night. Haha… He even introduce us to his friend pub which is near our hotel. We left the place at abt 12am + and when we wanted to settle the bill for the extra drinks that qwe have ordered, he act blur… *cute* Haha… And there we goes… Free drinks… Hehehe..

When we were back in the hotel, dear couldn’t wait to give me my birthday present. Heeehee… Guess wat he have got for me??? Yes! A DKNY watch!!! So happy… I needed a watch and thanks to him, I got a watch and somemore is BRANDED worz… Heehee… Dear makes me so touched when he tells me the reason of why he buy a watch for me. He tells me that he wants our r/s to work out just like the watch. And he oso knows that I dun bear to spend money on watch that’s why he want to buy a branded one that can last me for long. Thanks so much dear… Pls dun worry that I dun like the watch. Mayb my expression didn’t shows that I really love it, but I want to tell u, I appreciate and likes the present that u specially choses for me v. much. Thanks you.

Woke up at 8.30am. Yawn.. Tired… We had our free buffet breakfast in the hotel. The buffet spread was yucky!!! Nevertheless, we had something there to fill our empty stomach. We den took the metro train to Taipei Main Station to buy train station to Rei Fang. The journey from Taipei Main Station to Rei Fang was like an hour plus? When we reached, we took a bus for abt 20 mins to Jiu Fen. Jiu Fen is a place for tourist. It is at the top of the hill. It sells lots of unique Taiwan stuff and oso unique food. We had our lunch there by trying all their traditional foods. Shop around and got quite some stuffs back for parent and David.

We took a train back to Taipei at abt 1-2pm. Brought the lunchbox from a lady at the station (recommended by flowerpod podder). The lunchbox cost NT50 only. And it has egg, vegetable, meat, wu xiang and rice. Is soooo worth it lorz! Though I kept saying I am full le, but I still eat it.. Heehee.. no choice ma.. The weather cold so tend to eat more to keep the body warm lei… Heehee.. Oopz.. :-x Can u sense that I am covering up for my gluttony?

Anyway, dear and I forgot to change the train on the way back to Taipei and den we ended up further away from Taipei. Haha… We ended up at Kee Lung, went to ask around and den luckily got onto another direct train back to Taipei. The journey last abt 40 mins. And we slept…..

By the time we reach our hotel, it was abt 4pm+. We quickly leave our shopping bag in the hotel room and then had a quick bite at their mister donuts. Ermz.. the donut taste ok ok only lorz.. Not to my liking lei.. I guess i still prefer donut factory.... While we were having our donuts, we saw 2 gals selling valentine gift. Dear buy the bear wand gift for me! So sweeeeeet... ;-)

Anyway, we took metro to Bei Tou for hotspring. It was drizzling...The first 2 hotspring hotel thatt we went were fully occupied and we had to queue for 2 hours. We den found hotspring place on top of the hill. Wah... had to climb a v. high staircase before reaching the hotspring place. The hotspring contain sulphur and it produce a weird smell... But not to worry, both of us has enjoyed our first time experience hotspring in such a coooool weather! ~ ! ~

After the comfortable and relaxing hotspring session, we were ready to makan in Shilin Night Market located at Jian Tan Metro Station. The night market is so so so so BIG and HAPPENING!!! I thought the night market is only famous for foods, didn't expect so many shopping places too... Heehee... Before i start my shopping, we decided to fill our stomach first. First, we ordered a small portion of the pig instestine mee suan... Eating warm food on such a cool weather was sooooooo GOOD!!!
Heehee... Next was smelly tofu! Ermz.. The tofu taste okie only larz.. But compared to Jiu Fen wan.. it definately taste much better! Followed by smelly tofu was the fried shrimp (xiao ren jian)... The sauce is sweeet... Ermz.. as compared to S'pore fried oyster (hao jian), i guess i will prefer ours coz not so sweet. But it was a good try! ;-) We den start shopping and playing some traditional games. It was my first time trying the fish game and the shooting ballons game. I love the fish game very much. Is sooooo fun! Yeah!!! I bought some nail polish, panties, bra, oil blotter from the night market. While i was shopping, dear went to queue up for the XXL Fried Chicken... It is like 1 time bigger den our S'pore fried chicken lorz... Sooo big... and cheaper.. It cost like $2.50 only lei... Oh... I had my 1 slice of birthday cake in one of the cafe over there. Too bad.. They dun have candle so I didn't blow any candle this year yet... The strawberry cake is so cheap lorz... abt $2.50 per piece. And is Yummy!!! Heehee... After the makan session, i request dear to take neo-print with me. And yeah! We look so Handsome and Pretty in the pic lorz... ;-) By the time we finish shopping around Shilin, it was abt 10pm le. Initially we decided to go back hotel rest le.. But we saw another market opposite the road. So we cross over to see see look look lo. I got a handbag there for like NT 200. Cheap! Dear and I oso play the majong matching game there. He won a soft toy fox for me... So cute.. Oopz.. I didn't take the pic of the fox.. Mayb i shld take the pic of the fox later... ;-)

Woke up late... Had our breakfast at Ximendig Ah Zhong Mee Suan. Wooooooooooo! It taste heavenly!!!!! And it cost just NT $40 for small bowl and NT $55 for the big bowl... I love it! The mee suan is so smooth.... the pig intestine with the sauce and the chilli... Oh!!! That is the BEST mee suan i have ever eaten in my life!!! I LOVE IT !!!

We den proceed to take a metro to Dan Shui station. Dear and I both slept in the metro train peacefully... Heehee... We went to the Taiwan Bank to exchange more NT. Waited for like 15 mins. And guess wat? The counter lady says that we are not allowed to exchange w/o a password!?! Wah lau! I ask her why can't I juz show her my IC? Is me! I am not like faking someone ID lorz! But she insist NO means NO! Damn! So no choice lorz.... We didn't manage to exchange the money in the end.. Sianz.. Thought that we have more money to spend.... Ermz.. Nvm... Anyway, we went to walk around at Dan Shui Lao Jie. Walk for quite sometime and we realise that we were not at the Lao Jie... Lolx.. Haha.. Though we are at the wrong place, i still manage to buy quite some stuffs.. Power right? ;-p We try to walk to the Lao Jie... But find that nothing interesting there lei.. We dun really like the place...

Den.. We went to the bus station and take a bus to Fisherman Warfs (Yu Ren Ma Tou). Ermz.. The scenary there is beautiful! Especially when u stand on the bridge... U can see the scenary of the sea? river? canal? Aiya.. I think is sea larz.. Hehee.. But the temperature there oso freaking cool lorz.. I couldn't stand the strong wind blowing... After taking a few pic, quickly ask dear to get down to get some warm food or drink... We tried the Ah Gei and Fishball soup. I find that Ah Gei not that nice lei.. It's just a beancurd skin and fill with vemicilli inside and they put a sweet sauce onto.. The fishball soup was a good treat on such a cooooool weather.. But is too oily le... We oso order a hot rose red tea and a XXL Chicken again... Heehee.. Dear not satisfied from yesterday XXL Chicken so he want to eat it again today. Heehee.. We cross the bridge again while we take a few bites of the hot XXL chicken and slipping the hot tea... Wooo.... Still cold... but at least we have something warm on our hand... ;-) We took a bus back to bus station followed by metro to Hou Shan Pi station.

As usual, dear and I slept on our journey to Hou Shan Pi. Ermz.. But the 2 of us wasn't feeling well. When we reach Hous Shan Pi, we quickly went to the restroom... Argh... We both had bad diarrhoea... I guess becoz we were not use to eating the xiao chi frm roadstalls that why we had diarrhoea... Ermz.. We tot after diarrhoe, we will be alright.. so we walk to Wu Fen Pu, the fashion clothes distribution centre. I have been reading alot from Flowerpod that Wu Fen Pu is a great place for cheap and fasionable shopping... I am so excited!!! But.. while strolling down Wu Fen Pu for like 10 minutes only.. I felt terrible... abit giddy.. my stomach pain came back... I ask dear whether we can just go back hotel and rest for awhile... He say ok... So we took a cab back to hotel... Dear was feeling very bloated and I kept going toilet lorz... We took medicine and rest for like 2 hours plus.... As I don't want to waste time zzz and resting in the hotel, i quickly wake dear up at abt 7pm +. He wasn't very happy that I still wanna go out... ;-( But after my constant persuasion, he have no choice but to give in to his precious baobei... Heehee... * Love you, dear!

At abt 8pm, we took a cab to Huaxi night market. Ermz. it cost like NT75 which we find it quite reasonable larz.. Coz take metro, 2 person cost abt NT40 le... and we oso dunno how to walk there.. Anyway, Huaxi night market have something very scary........ that is..... SNAKE!!! They are LIVE SNAKE lorz.... Wah lau... Scary lei... I really v. scare of snake yet dear still wanna drink snake soup... *faintz.. He kept pushing me into the snake stall.But i kept move back... I cannot stand having snake soup and moreover infront of those LIVE SNAKE! Is HORRIBLE!!! Dear have no choice but to give in... Guess he can see i v. scare lorz.... Next interesting stall that we went was the Druken Prawn Soup stall. Ermz.. I dun really like the soup coz the alcohol too thick for me. But the prawn taste really fresh! Yummy!!! While dear was settling the bill, i discover that the prawn was alive de lorz! They are still moving here and there when the lady was bbq it. No wonder is so fresh! We walk walk around HuaXi..Find quite some nicee food but I dun really dare to eat much coz my stomach wasn't feeling very well yet. But anyway, i was v. tempted to try the Glutinous Rice in pig instestine.. It looks like sausage but is white is colour... But is soooo big portion... Couldn't finish so didn't order... But.. we saw this stall, selling something like the LOK LOK that we tried in KL. They oso sell the glutinous rice in smaller portion. So we order that and oso 1 tempura to try. Ermz.. The rice taste good! Heehee.. We oso tried some small portion xiao chi like the squid ball, pepper bun (hu jiao bing), bbq cuttlefish, peanut soup with youtiao.. Heehee.. Now i think back, we still eat alot though we not feeling well huh? haha... lolx..

Today is the last 'full' day we will be in Taiwain. We decided to go to their some of their popular shopping malls. We took metro to Jian Tan station and look for the Miramar Shopping Mall. Couldn't find the free shuttle bus. So we took a cab again.. Wah.. luckily we nv walk around and find sia... Is sooooo far frm the metro station lorz... Anyway, we had our breakfast cum lunch at Miramar Shopping Mall. We had teppanyaki lunch. We both find that the food bigger in portion but not as tasty as S'pore... After the filling lunch, we went to for the Ferris Wheel ride located in the shopping mall itself. It cost like S$10 for 1 round of the ride if i am not wrong. The view there was good! Can see quite a big part of Taipei..

After the ride, we took a shuttle bus to metro. We took the metro to Zhou Xiao Fuxing station. First, we went to Breeze Centre to shop. There they have a shop just like our Daiso. But the price not so cheap larz.. I shop around for some beauty products and Dear went to Kinokuniya to browse thru some books and magazines. After shopping there, we quickly go to the basement MOS Burger to get a quick drink. We were v. v. v. v. thirsty... Rest awhile den we decided to pamper ourselves with massage and manicure. Heehee.. We got out of breeze and walk along a stretch of shops. We saw this place that have massage and manicure. There accompany me to my manicure salon and he went the opposite shop for massage... Woo.. This is such a good combination. I can enjoy my manicure session while he enjoy his massage session... Wooo.. Relax.. ;-) Well, the manicurist is vrey friendly and i find that their service is good! She help me to take off my winter coat and keep inside cupboard den help me wear slipper.. Ask me wat drinks i want to order. I order hot red tea. Den they ask whether i want how much sugar... blah blah blah...Den she oso provide me wth lots of snacks... She understand i can't use my finger to take the snack so she will feed me.... Wah......... Where can u find such service in SG??????? Anyway, the session last for 2 hours. She uses my fav. nail polish brand >>> OPI. My nails are now mei mei de worz... ;-)

By the time we both finish our self pampering session, we went to SOGO which is 5 mins walk away. Their SOGO is HUGE! If i didn't remember wrongly, they have like 9th floor + 2 Basement ... We didn't shop there.. Juz like go to each level.. have a overall glance at wat they selling...coz no time le... and we need to go Wu Fen Pu for more shopping... Wu Fen Pu is like bangkok lorz.. The clothings and accessories super duper cheap. Got myself jeans, earrings and bag over there.. Dear oso got 2 Levi Tees and 1 Vest from there. We try the da chang bao xiao chang zhong he there... Ermz.. its it actually tawain sausage wrap with g
lutinous rice. Yummmmy... I bought 4 uncooked glutinous rice to bring back to S'potr for both our parent to try...

After shopping at Wu Fen Pu, we proceed to Rao He Night Market. While we were walking there, dear bought the bing lang for me to try. Yucks! I hates it! Is so yucky!!! Dun like it at all!!! Dear keep asking me to chew but i juz split it out after awhile. Anyway, he had the beef soup at one of the shop at Rao He. Ermz.. I guess the soup must be really nice otherwise the shop will not be always full house de lorz.. We oso had the ma lai chou dou fu with duck blood. Is v. spicy but it taste v. good! This was the most crowded night market that we went. But of course, we bought quite some stuffs (CUTE Umbrella and Walking Stick for Dear Ah Ma) and tried the xiao chi over there. We den took a cab back to hotel to put our stuffs.

Initially we decided to go to their Lantern Festival. But... it was getting late.. and I was tired to take the metro here and there. So we juz went to Ximending to walk around. Dear tried the grilled corn while I was shopping.. Greedy pig.. ;-p Heehee.. We oso went to one of the departmental store there to buy masks and some foods for friends and colleagues. We decided to put the firecracker behind our hotel.. Coz it seem quiet there.. so we walk there... But.. guess wat? It was not as quiet as we thought larz. Behind our hotel was all the pubs... So happening! Hehe.. And of course, we had a short drink there. ;-)After the drink, we went to find another place to put the fire cracker. Ermz.. We put one firecracker.. and is sooooo loud lorz... Until the security guard oso come out lei... Haha.. We act blur and quickly walk away... Lolx.. But too bad.. we left 2 firecrackers.. we have no place to put.. so have to just waste it...

Today is our last day in Taipei. We woke up early and went to have breakfast at a store near out hotel. The sandwich were good! How i wish... Singapore will have such a shop selling this kind of sandwich..... Yummmy... After our breakfast, we took the metro to Taipei Main Station and then change a bus to Taipei 101. Oopz! We didn't know that we have the press the bell when we want to get down the bus... And guess wat? We missed quite a few stops.... Haha... No choice, got to walk back lorz.. Lolx... We went to the highest level at the Taipei 101 building. The entry cost quite ex lei. 1 person abt S$20 worz.. But anyway, the view was awesome!!! Tawain is really BIG!!!!!!!

We den went back to Xi Mending...to.... eat the Ah Zhong Mee Suan, Chong Zuai Bing, Squid Ball cake and beancurd. Woooo... I LOVE TAIWAN FOOD! After we finish our glutoony food session, we went strolling along ximending.... And we saw a group of young artistes eh.... and i think some media press were there too. They were promoting their new album... Eh... But dear and I dun even know who they are lorz... Some are soooooooo..... ugly... Oopz!

As promised, I am gonna blog abt Jingyi Birthday.

We went to LIFE pub on that day. The only surprise that we (Me, Alvin and Dar) have planned were juz cake, the flaming Lamborghini drink, the book and bracelet as her presents.
As usual, I was the talkative one… So I try to make friend and build up rapport with the waitress over there. There were this lady by the name of Nancy. She is so friendly. I went to ask her for discount for drinks as its JY 21st birthday. Haha.. I know I m v. aunty. But who cares? ;-p
Thanks to her, we got a free trial for the flaming Lamborghini followed by a free bottle of champagne and also they engaged 3 dancers specially at 12am to dance for JY. The pub were supposed to be KTV concept. But when the clock strike 12am… It turns into a mini club! It was a really great surprise for her!!!! I believe she must be very touched!!! ;-) Anyway, we had a great night dancing and drinking!!! ;-)

Went for several interviews last week.
I realise that to be a Recruitment Consultant is not that easy.
You have to start from cold calling...
The working hours are super long...
Meetings everyday at 6pm.
Work on every Sat...
NO OT Pay...
And....
You must persevere and be determined in order to succeed...
I nearly wanted to back out from my dream of being a Recruitment Consultant.
When i was really at the point of giving up, i call dear... And ask him whether I should really try.
He told me that I am still young. I may not know what I really likes to do. So give it a try!
I ask GOD may I really right to go into the field.
And thanks GOD! He answer me!
The next day i recieve a call. I am offer a position as Recruitment Consultant at Orchard.
Though it a 3 months temp position, I accepted it.
I know GOD have given me an answer. HE want me to try it. I will try it for the 3 months.
I want to know whether I am cut out for sales.
If i do, I will put my best in it!!!! ;-)
Anyway, I will be tendering once I am back to work after CNY on the 12 Feb.
My last day shall be 1 month later and I will start my new job on 17th March.
Let's pray that I will be able to adapt into the new working environment and I will suceeed in my career!!!!

First day back work for year 2008.
Bad news.
My direct superior David Poh resign from the management.
Haiz...
Actually expected le... But didn't know he will resign so soon...
Haiz...
Really really likes him as a boss.
He is really really GOOD!!! And i mean he is really good to his staffs.

After I got the bad news. I went into CEO room for a talk. We were discussing about some advertisement artwork. And he cross away David picture. At that moment i was so damn angry larz! Wat the XXXX! How can they be so mean?!?

Right after the discussion with CEO, I went into David room and had a short meeting with him. He apologize that he can only be my boss for such a short period of time.
I was soooo touched by his words and I nearly cried.... ;-(
I told him honestly that if he resign, I will be resigning too. And he laugh...lolx...
I guess nv did he expect that his YOUNGEST staff have soooo much respect for him... ;-)

In less than an hour time, I was call into another Director, JL's room. He ask whether I am happy working here. Haha... Guess wat did I reply???
I replied: 'I am happy working with David Poh.'
JL: " U mean u not happy with Yong Hock (my previous superior)?"
And I replied : 'I feel more happy working with David.'
JL : "oK.. So any reasons behind it?"
Me, "No."
JL : : "How many years do u see yourself working here?"
Me: (in my heart, i know i want to leave) :"No plan yet."
JL, : That's good. I expect u to work here many years.... ;-)
Me: Oh.. ok... ;-) (Fake)

Haha... After knowing David resign.. I really sianz to work le... Haiz.. I tell myself I am simply too emotional le. He is only my boss, not bf lei...
But my heart is make of flesh de ma... We have been working together for sometime... And our working r/s is good. Definately I will gets upset when I see him leave.

Woke up by a call today.
A call from Recruit Express.
Sms David and Jia Feng.
Took 2 hours timeoff.
Went down for an interview as Recruitment Consultant.
Many of my friends and loved ones will know I have always want to become Recruitment Consultant.
Ermz.. And yes, my first interview for the position. Happy~!~
Went through 2 interviews and a test.
Need to go through 2 more interviews with director and CEO on coming Tues.
I hope I will be able to get the job. I want to get out from LYH and TRAINING DEPT!!!!

Went back office at 2pm.
Look for David.
I told him frankly that I went for an interview.
He expected it. Lolx... ;-)
I asked whether he can help me with testimony and also let me put him as reference.
He agreed! Yup! Happy!!!!
And he wishes me all the best too.

Next, Yong Hock call me and ask me to meet him in his office.
I know nothing good gonna happen....
And yup! My prediction is right!
He convince me to stay in PropNex and says that I will have more opportunities to learn.
I told him I need motivation to recruit new agents.
And guess wat he say?
He offer me a package.
I will 20 bucks for every agents I recruit.
I reject the offer.
Why 20 bucks?
Other agent gets 50 bucks for every agents they recruit. But why I get 20 only???
I am UNHAPPY abt this 'package'! And definately I WILL NOT stay to be his BANGLADESH!!

Today is the 3rd days after David Poh have tender his resignation. I am still recovering from my emotional sickness...
For the past few days.. I actually cried before I slept.. Haha.. Thinking and comparing the 2 bosses. Yong Hock and David Poh.
I am so touched and thankful for everything that David Poh have taught and help me. I have also been thinking whether am i making an implusive decision to leave?
Or I really looking for a better opportunities. But after meeting David today. I know I make the right decision. ;-)

Happy New Year!!!It's the brand new year of 2008!!!
Dear and I welcome the year of 2008 in a very unique way.
We didn't went to any party or resturant to celebrate this very special ocassion.We set up tent at Pasir Ris Beach and had a mini bbq for just the 2 of us. Playing sparkleR, drinking, 'peng kang' the food while enjoying sea breeze was really great!!!* Sooo Romantic... lalala...We set our resolution together and...My resolution for this year will be as followed

1. Earn loads of money for OUR future

2. Slim down

3. Learn to cook

Hehehe... I am sure i'll be able to achieve my resolution for this year! ;-)

I had a GREAT X’mas celebration this year!!!

On the 24th Dec…

I had to work half day till 1pm followed by company X’mas lunch!
Argh… Lunch spread were sucks! Nasi Brayni again… Anyway, we had gift exchange and I got a cup (again)…

After the lunch, I went for my express manicure at Tiong Bahru Nail Palace.. Eh.. First time try their service. It was really crowded. I find that their salesgirl are very pushy with their products and packages. Service was quite ok la. $8 for express manicure is worth it. ;-) * I love my pretty red nails~!~!

Went home after I got my pretty nails done up!!! HeeHee.. Prepare and doll up myself for my first x’mas eve date with dear. We meet up at Vivo City and had our first GV Gold Class Experience. The seats were great!!! Soooo comfortable!!! They provide blankets too! (lolx.. sorry if I sound ‘sua ku’) We had pumpkin soup followed by Main Course Turkey with sausage and Chocolate Mousse for Dessert. As for drink, we had our fav. ‘Ice Wine’. Yummy!!!! The experience was really GREAT but dining in a all dark cinema was a little awkward especially when we were having our main course… haha.. Couldn’t even really see wat we are having.. Haha.. Btw, dear and I exhange our present in the cinema before the movie starts. Guess what we’ve got for each other??? I got him a pair of cool cool sunglasses. And….Yes!!! He got me my first BIBLE!!! Is sooooo meaningful! Thanks dear! *muackz!*

After the dinner, dear says that he got a surprise for me… I was so happy… Anticipating of wat program we were going to have next… And guess wat? He brought me across Vivocity to St. James. I knew something amiss… The surprise is that we were going party with his sisters and friends… At that moment, I was SUPER sianz lorz.. I tot we gonna have romantic time together alone. Didn’t want to party coz I really sick of squeezing with peoples in the club. Erz.. I took really quite sometime till I was warm up. Was really shy to dance and play around with his sis… Until I met the ‘Subra Girl’ (oopz.. I forgot her name..), I begin to mix around with her and frenz.. And I began to dance.. Hehehe.. Mr. and Mrs. Subra were there too. He treat dear and me a drink each. And only at that v. moment, he realize that dear is not an agent. Haha.. Dear and I actually sneak to the next club behind movida.. Forgot wat’s the club name.. We had a hot dance over there! Lolx.. ;-p But it was juz a short while la.. Coz the place was really super cramp and I was getting tired. We left the place at abt 1.30pm and Zann’s bf drove us back to Pasir Ris. Home Sweet Home. ;-)

After a long party yesterday.. I slept till abt 12pm+ den woke up.. HAHA.. Piggy me.. But really tired lorz... mayb long time nv party le.. Dear and his sisters went marketing at Changi Airport in the noon while i stay at home and rest... zzz...They bought lots of food back for tonight x'mas party... Honey Baked Ham.. Crispy Pork with Apricot.. Mushroom Soup.. Baked Potato... Salad... Cafe Cartel Ribs.. Coffee Bean Chirstmas Cakes...and ice-cream with Bailey Irish Cream... Yum Yum... I had a great time feasting with his family! ;-)

I had a great start for this week!!!
Dear and I became Mr. & Ms. Santa this morning.
It was great to see the smile on each and every of our colleague face when we present them a small token of X'mas gift. ;-)
Anyway, i had a fruitful past week.
Monday - Swimming
Tuesday - Dinner with Dear at Quality Hotel
Wednesday - Dear came over my place to stayover
Thursday - Chit-chat with my Best-est colleague, Andrew
Friday - Gossip with Julie darling
Sat - Meetup Jingyi at Topone KTV. She help me to do manicure.. Heehee
- Had dinner with dear at Bugis followed by drinking Jap wine at his place
Sun - Had a sumptous breakfast cum lunch with dear.
- Bought him Roast Duck!!! Haha!!! The entire Roast Duck is specially for him.
Finally I have help him to fufil his wish of having the entire duck to himself.
- We went for service. Super blur of wat Joseph Prince preach. I really blur... Dun
understand wat he preaching. But cannpt blame me la.. I am still a baby in
Christ.
- Dar came over to my place. He enjoy his game and I enjoy my Star Award
show.Heehee...

I am looking forward to this and next week. Hehee.. Will be meeting Amanda this evening. Tml will be having dinner with my cousin, Patrick. Having X'mas gathering and Xchange with ECH gal! Thurs, PH!!! Intending to watch National Treasure! Sunday Service at Indoor Stadium and X'mas party at Jas place. Next Monday, X'mas eve, intending to spend my 1st romantic x'mas with dear. Next Tues, X'mas Day!!! Celebrating with dear family!!! Oh!!! I have all my programmes ready waiting for me!!! So excited!!!

I have made a major decision in my life yesterday.

Accepted Chirst. :-)

I've reborn and now I am the child of GOD.

Many will wonder why out of sudden, I made this decision.

Alright. HE touched my heart.

Honestly, in the past, i was quite against Christianity.

But when I went for my first service at New Creation.

I sense that GOD is reaching out to me.

But I didn't accept HIM at that time coz I was rather confused.

I went service alone by myself on the 2nd time.

This time, I was alone. I need not worry about how other see me.

I prayed and sang with the Church.

I feel so peaceful. ;-)

At that moment, I know that I want to accept GOD.

But it was not the right time as I actually sneaked out from my exhibition to attend the service.

From that day onward, I began to listen to some New Creation Christian song. And whenever I listen to the song, I feel so peaceful.

For the past few days, dear and I had very bad quarrels.

We nearly wanted to give up.

I insist that we goes for the service.

Thanks GOD. Thanks GOD for the message.

At times, we shouldn't hold on too tight.

Is good to learn to let go. :-)

Those who are reading, don't worry.

Had a great wkend!

Met up with Jas, Li Fong and Emily yesterday for K Lunch at Cineleisure.
It has been a long long time since we meetup.
We had a fun time taking photo, singing (esp. x’mas song) and catching up with each other.. Though it was just short session, but all of us had fun right? ;-) Oh.. And btw, we had a mini pre-birthday celebration for Jas. Got her some cupcakes!!!
The cupcake so cute right? ;-) We gals had so much fun taking photos with the different cupcakes!

After the K session, we walk around cineleisure. The gals help me to choose some heels frm Tinkerbell. It was CHEAP! Original price was $21.90 per pair. 3 pairs is $53.90. So Emily got 1 pair and I bought 2 pairs. We paid only $18 for a pair of pretty heels! Though my total damage in Tinkerbell was $36. But my heart not a bit of pain coz I think is worth it lor!!!! ;-)

At abt 2.45pm, I meet Dear at cineleisure for movie. He have always wants to watch ‘Beowolf’ so accompany him lo… ;-p I find that the show was good! I mean the animation. Storyline is so so only lo… Worth to show on wkday ba.

After the show, we went shopping at Taka.. It has been a looooooong time since we go dating in Orchard.. I love orchard! I love shopping! Yeah!
Taka was very packed! We walk around for a short while.. Didn’t get anything but hot snack for a quick bite. *bui bui couple.. ;-p

We den walk to P.S as I wanted to get some some frm Daiso. Total damage in Daiso: $10 only. (Haha.. much better den the last time le) We also went to Carrefour to buy some sweets & choco for x’mas!!! Total damage for dear: $29.90. (He is rich.. Nvm..)

After the entire day of ktv, movie and shopping, dear and I decided to sit down and have a good dinner!!! He wanted to bring me to Old Airport Hawker but there were no straight bus there so we decided to have steamboat. We den opposite paradiz and had buffet steamboat.. The Mala steamboat really spicy…. Overall the food there is ok la.. But having dear with me was a plus plus bonus! ;-)

Argh…
I’m having a really bad cough since Monday….
David (boss) notice that I am coughing… so he got me medicine…
Heehee.. so touched…
Took the medicine but nv really recover…
Yesterday the cough get worse… But no choice… muz go work..
Coz we have additional seminar in the evening.. and I am the only one to do it… Sobz…

Today early in the morning, I changed and prepared to go out. But I am not going to work. Self declared MC. ;-p My cough is still v. bad. But I rush all the way to Suntec to look for dar dar… Argh.. Ran all the way.. But couldn’t reach him before 9am.. Haiz… Wanted to give him a surprise right before his exam coz I had mood swing yesterday night.. And we quarreled for nothing But was late… Nvm.. I waited till abt 10am. And he finished his paper.. But he failed.. Dar was upset and angry for failing… I tried to cheer him up. We went arcade for awhile and then I went to treat him to Kushinbo for Jap buffet. After the lunch, he seem to feel better..Heehee.. ;-) Nothing makes me happier than seeing his smile. ;-)

*P.s: Dar, dun be upset because of one failure. Ya. I know fail = lost $107. But why dun u think in another way? GOD wants you to go thru the test one more time, coz HE knows that by doing so, you will be equipped with more knowledge and be a better agent. ;-)

The exhibition turnout was very bad due to the ASEAN SUMMIT.... I find that is simply a waste of money and time for us to go down there for recruitment as it was just a lifestyle exhibition... Argh.. boring.. I shall stop blog abt work nw..

First will be Stardust. The show is GREAT!!!
It has beeen a long time since I was such a GREAT movie.
It is soooo magical...
All abt fantasy..
And romance too..

Is a must to watch!!!

As for the second movie which I have watch is the BEE MOVIE.
Ermz... The animation was beautiful...
The bee is cute...
But compared to stardust...
This movie is just so so only... ;-)

I want to vent my anger!!! Argh!!! Had been meeting some 'idiotic' women at work!!!
First was Janice and then Aunty CHRISTINA!
Let me start from Janice.. She is really irritating! Kept using the phrase 'boss says... ', 'boss wants...', blah blah... boss this and that... Yucks! All my banners and posters wording have to go thru that women! Why? Coz my EnglissssH bad ma.. Haiz... Anyway, she is juz a newcomer.. very 'Yaya'.. I guess she juz have not see the reality in this company. She tot the boss really admire her.. But too bad.. She is juz another puppet...

Next let me talk abt that CHRISTINA! I really dislike her!!! From the beginning I start to work in this co., she began to instruct me to do this and that... I was very stupid to listen to her orders at that time! As times goes by, I realise that I nid not help her. She is not frm my dept. She is NOT my boss. Her work has nothing gotta do with me! SHE IS Absoutely NOBODY to me. and ... so I begin to ignore her... ;-)

But 2 wks ago... My boss told me that we have to work with their dept for this wkend exhibition. Argh! Though i really dislike her.. Work is still more important.. I called her and try to explain wat is the exhibition all abt. But she was too bzy to speak and she ask me call back.. I call back few days later.. But she is still bzy... One day out of no where, she appear infront of my desk. I quickly shout her name and ask her abt the exhibition. Guess what she says? "I'm too bzy! Dun come and bother me!" I was soooo angry with her words! Hey! Are you the only one who is bzy? Who is not bzy? Anyway, I complain to my boss abt her. And he is wants me to report to Christina immediate boss if she continue to be like this.. Heehee.. Thanks David!

Today!!! Yes today! Christina partner called me over the phone and needed my help to print some stuffs. I confirm with him before hanging up the phone. He says that he want 3 set of colored A3 powerpoint slide. An hr have passed, Christina came up to collect it. She didn't even say thank you but start to complain that is not wat she wants. Argh! Such a rude AUNTY! I was sooo annoyed! I replied, 'This is wat Andrew have asked me to print, I just follow the instructions! Moreover, why dun you juz come up and print by your own?' She was stun with wat I said to her. Hooohoo...And juz before she left, she said 'Karen, I will juz bring 1 set down, if my partner dun like it, u help me print again.' I was quick enough to reply, 'Sorry. I am afraid to help you print. I am afraid my printing is not up to your standard. You better come up by yourself to print it.' Lolx... She stare at me... Her eyes was burning with fire... But who cares?
I am happy!~!~!~

Thursday (27/09/07)

Meet dar opposite Golden Mile Market. Had his fav. pig brain soup with him.
Took a coach at Golden Mile at 10pm.
This is the best coach that I ever took. Greengrass Royal.
There is a TV... And I watched the movie, '200 pounds' in the bus.
Didn't manage to finish the show coz i fell asleep... lolx...

Btw we reach Genting at 4am+...
Yawn... It was so cold but.....
We couldn't check into the hotel...
The earliest check in was 12pm...
Sianz...
Dar and I lotter around genting...
We had an early breakfast at MerryBrown Fastfood resturant.
The hashbrown was delicious...
Hot, crispy and yummy!!!

I was hungry again by 9am +...

I nearly choke because of the chilli....

As i didn't had a good rest in the bus...
I was really tired after our 2nd breakfast...
Wanted to go back to rest... But.. not time yet...
So dar brought me to the Ripley Believe it or not..
Is my first visit to Ripley...
Ermz... Quite interesting...

Dar brought me to the outdoor theme park...
We went for a few ride.
The first one makes me dizzy lorz...

The second one was fun... Too bad dar dar could not take the ride...
Coz he overweight... lolx.. ;-P (Dar dun kill me when u read this blog k?)
The third ride was tea cup...
Argh.. I HATE! I HATE! I HATE TEA CUP RIDE!
It sux lorz! Make me so dizzy until i lost control of myself...
And i feel like vomiting after the ride lorz...

We get to check in.. Yeah! Oh.. did i mention that we book Theme Park Hotel instead of First World.

And oso is too far frm First World Shopping Complex...
Other than that.. The hotel is cosy. ;-)

We slept for 2 hours...
Woke up at 3pm+...
And walk to First World to enquire abt the bus trip to Mushroom Farm..
Ermz... The last trip was 5pm.
And we decided not to go mushroom farm...
Coz by the time we are back from there, theme park will be closed and we will waste our money...
We went to Mac to get some fries...
Yummmy...
I love hot fries on a cold day...
Hahaha.... Mmmmm... mamamia! muackz! ;-)

Time passes so slow when dar is not with me...
Suppose to meet dar at the cinema..
But couldn't wait to see him le!!!
I walk to casino...
While i was on my way there... Saw dar!!!
I gave him a tight tight hug!
Heeeheee...
So happy to see him..

We catch the movie 'The Brave One'..
Eh.. To me.. I find that is the slow movie la...
I yawn.. and yawn...and nearly wanna walk out of the cinema...
Boring...
However, dar think is not a bad movie. He enjoy it. ;-)

It was so damn cold...
And I am really tired...
We walk back to our hotel..
Plan to rest awhile den goes chiong!
But i was so tired.. and lazy to walk back to the club...
We decided just to ta bao some penang food from the hotel lobby..
We bought a pack of penang fried kway teow and penang prawn soup noodle..
Eh.. The food was so so only..
I still prefer the penang fried kway teow from Pasir Ris Dr.6..
Heehee.. ;-p
We enjoy a hot bath and slept early for the night. ;-)

Friday (28/09/07)

Woke up at 9am.
Had our breakfast at Happy Valley Resturant.
Eh... is just at hotel...
The food so so only..
Not much variety...
Mmm.. Overall.. Yucks...
Haha..

We den proceed to snow world...
We got our ticket for 11am entry.
Den quickly rush to Genting Terminal to buy ticket to KL.
But.. we were too early.
The person ask us to go back at 12.30pm instead..
So we went back to snowcity and have fun!
It was freaking cold la!
I can see smoke coming out when we breathe...
haha...
Get to play the slide.. heehee..
But too bad.. dar cannot play slide.. (*oopz.. overweight!) ;-p

Freeezing Cold.....

We finish the whole session at snow world at abt 12pm.
We walk back to our hotel, got our belonging..and checkout.
Went back to the bus terminal again to get tickets to KL.
Waited til 1pm.. den the bus leave...
It was a 1 hr journey to KL...
Intially, i plan to see the scenary.. and not to sleep..
Haha...
But realise that nothing much to see besides the sky , greens and cars...
Haha...
So i sleeeep.....
Dar woke me up when u reach KL terminal..
Was blur la..
Once i open my eye..
We quickly have to alight from the bus..
We wasn't sure of the way and so we went to ask around where is the Puturaya Bus Terminal..
We took a train to Puturaya.
And walk to the bus terminal.
Walk around and checking out the price of our coach ticket.
Stop and Konosortium to ask.
And the lady told us that RM65 for super super super VIP with TV...
And leave at 9.30pm... Wah.. I super happy sia..
Heheehe...
Coz i have time to shop around..
After we got our bus ticket, we went to buy 2 dunkin donuts.
I always wanted to try their donuts and finally i got the chance.
I bought the double choc and dar got the custard cream.
mMM.. double choc sux.. Is so dry lo..
Yummmm.. custard cream is better...
But conclusion: I still prefer Donut Factory Double Choco Donut. ;-)

We den went to exchange more Malaysia currency..
Heehee.. More money means crazy shopping spree!
Horray!!! We walk to my fav. Shopping centre in KL

Ermz.. Though I know S’pore has that… But in Malaysia cheaper ma.. ;-p
By the time we finish our last min shopping..
We were running late for our coach back to S’pore..
We walk and run super fast back to the bus terminal…
And guess wat?
The bus is late too..
Sweat!
We left KL at abt 10.30pm..
And reach S’pore at abt 4am.
Had a great trip with Dar!

Yes, I was making a fuss and upset for the past wk.

Today, i brought dar to see one of the most important person in my life.
And she is my AUNT!
She likes him very much just like how much my mummy love dar dar too!
I strongly believe that parent approval for our r/s is vital!
Thanks to both our parents and relatives agreed to our r/s.

Gave her my namecard.
She was telling me that her friend invite her to my co. career seminar last fri..

Today start work at 1pm.
Usually will meet dar dar for lunch before work...
But we are both v. broke le...
So in order to save money... We decided not to meet for lunch..
I had my lunch at home..
I knew dar dar will not take lunch coz he want save $$$ so i bought him nasi lemak and also soya drink...
Dar has been eating instant noodle this few days..
haiz... Dar.. u want me to eat yet u eat only bread and instant noodle...
Sobz... ;-(

Anyway, dar came back from Eunos at 9.50pm ++ to fetch me home. Er... Dar haven't take his dinner... Haiyo! I quickly grab my cupnoodle , milo sachet, chopstick, chocolate and Muruku...
Make a cup of hot milo, noodle and those tibits for him to eat... After he finishes his late dinner, it was abt 11pm le.. Dar sent me to Raffles Place coz getting late and i dun want him to waste money on cab...

But.. the moment i see those patient lying there with their mouth open..

Erm... After reading the mag.. I was so tempted to shop for cosmetics...

So... I went to Watson.. got myself a blusher and also eyeliner...

But was disappointed they didn't mix our ice-cream...Think is because of the combination that we order... But anway, next time will definately go and try again..I want Hazelnut ice-cream with snickers and orea!!! Yeah!!!

At abt 5.30pm, we went to Geylang to have dinner.

Personally i think that is too smelly for me..Dun really fancy that until the claypot spicy smelly toufu came...Wooo... that was great! Spicy!!! (though a little too salty)I love that! Their fry instestine very tasty and crispy!!! Yummy!!

Dar gave me a surprise yesterday.
He brought me to Esplande to catch the play ‘The King and I’.

That is a great play!
Very interesting storyline…
Funny…
Great voice…
Powerful band music and most importantly ‘etc etc etc’ (A phrase by the KING) !!!
This is my first time entering esplanade theatre!!!
Is so BIG!!!
But…. The seats are abit cramp la…
Anyway, this is also my first time catching a play with dar.

Btw tml is national day.
This evening dar and I went to catch the moive ‘Rush Hour 3’ with Fion and Andrew.

Dar have decided to quit smoking.

He announce to his whole family.

I am happy that he have make such a decision.

I swear i nv force him to quit.

But since he have make the decision, I will determined to help him.

Anway, i went online to search many information about quit smoking.

After work, went Far East Plaza with Dar…. We wanted to give his aunt a surprise by visiting

her. But haiz… She knock off le… Anyway, i manage to get my white blouse from Osmos. And a

belt too. It cost $30+ in total..Ok la. Still quite reasonable after the 20% off. ;-) After shopping,

dar and I had our dinner at Sakura Resturant. He ordered so many dishes… Wah… Really

cannot finish lorz… Scary sia… In the end, we had to dabao the food for my bro. Lolx…

Knock off at 7pm+ today. Meet Dar’s friend, Alvin. We went Toa Payoh KFC for dinner. And he

lunch. Not becoz we were hungry but becoz I nv had the chance to cook a meal for him. So

wanna give him a surprise! I cook and cook and cook… Porridge, egg, ham, can food… Fish cake..

That’s all. He was surprise that I cook le. But could see he was oso a bit disappointed with his

darling cooking skill…. Oopz…Dar, I promise I will cook nice meal for u next time k? Juz bear

with my current cooking now first k? ;-)

Woke up at 7am+ today.

Went work together with dar...

We were late..

Today I am working late till 10pm. Went to PS to get some stuffs. (Shhh.. dun tell dar dar wat I have bought ;-p)Anyway, I intend to start work earlier.. But was too engrossed in my shopping at PS… haha… Then, decided to meet Dar for a quick lunch…. Told dar not to wait for me to knock off… I can see that he is v. tired le lorz.. Ke Lian de Dar Dar… ;-( Nevertheless, he still wait for me to knock off…

Er.. at abt 9pm+, HL give me a call and ask me out for drink.. Er… she is quite ‘fan’ abt her accommodation issue… So Dar went drinking with us at Boat Quay. I know that Dar is very angry and worried that night. Er… I held another man hand into the pub.. and… I drank quite abit.. So sorry, dar. I didn’t mean it de… Dui Bu Qi…. ;-(

Anyway, dar sent me home at abt 2am+… He was very tired.

Slept till abt 9am+++ at Dar place… Yawn.. Tired…
I told a cab home frm his place in the noon.
Went home to catch my 1 hr of beauty sleep.

Woke up. Accompany mummy to Bugis to buy clothes.
Meet Dar at bugis at abt 6pm+.
We walked to Suntec to meet JY.
Oopz.. Marche have closed down le.. Oopz..or is it renovation?!? Aiya! Dunno la!
Anyway, we meet JY, Angeline, Jerome and Alan.
Went for dinner at Olio. The food was “so-so” only..
After dinner, we went clubbing at Double O. This is my 2nd visit to Double O. I still love this club as usual. ;-)

Dar, JY and I started off with 2 shots of Tequila. ;-)
Den a bottle of Chivas for me, dar, JY and Jerome’s friend, Kelvin.
Wooo.. I love green tea + chiva!!!
Got high after some drinking! Went to the dance floor with JY!

Today got to work!!! Argh!!! I had to wake up soooo early....
But is ok la! My reward for working on sat is..... able to see dar dar.. ;-)
Anyway, was a little hungry while working...
Edward (that shorty handsome agent) got me some leftover breakfast frm ECG morning buffet... Jian Hua Xian Four worz!

1PM!!! Knock off!!!
Dar Dar bought me to Braddell to eat chicken rice balls!!! Yup! My favourite! Really miz the chicken rice balls i had at Malacca! Initially he order 3 chicken rice balls for me. I was like? Huh? 3 only??? Er... I can finish 5 at one go in Malacca lei!!!! Er.. But.. Guess wat? I was soooo FULL after the 2nd chicken rice ball... Haha.. Dar had to eat my 3rd chicken rice ball for me.. ;-p

After lunch, we took a cab to Marina Square to catch a movie. Oopz! We were late... We watch the movie '28 weeks later'. It was a gross movie! Bloody! Eee... Scary... BUT great movie! Haha.. Coz able to scare me ma! ;-)

We went shopping after the show! Dar got me 2 tees frm I.P Zone. It has been like ages been i bought tees... Everyday office wear.... Sianz.. Anyway, i was so tempted to get the eye-moisturizer frm SKINFOOD!!! Oh sharks! I love SKINFOOD products!!! Haiz.. I was able to control my temptation coz of dar... Haha.. Er.. We went to Swensen to had ice-cream after shopping.. Yum Yum!!!

6PM! Is time to meet his family! We went to K BOX MARINA SQUARE! His sis, Celine. His baby neiece, Brenda and oopz.. I forgot wat is Brenda's daddy name.. But anyway, they were there le lorz... During the K session, Dar and me brought Brenda walk walk... We were like youg married couple... Bringing our child shopping.. Er.. At that moment, I feel that wo hao xing fu woz... Eh.. Though I noe that baby is not mine larz.. Haha.. LoL... Btw i met almost all his family members that evening. His parents. Grandma. Younger sis. Younger sis bf. Er... Wa.... A bit scary sia.. Haha.. We only started dating for like 2 wks? And... I have met all his family members?!? Haha.. But i understand why he does this la. ;-)

The K buffet dinner finish at 10pm. Brenda was tired by then. Her daddy drive me and dar back to my place.

Happy Mother's Day!!!

Woke up quite early today. Treat my mummy, aunt, daddy and brother for porridge buffet at TBP!!! It has been a long time since we sit down together for a meal... Though is juz a simple meal. I am really happy. The buffet was so so only la. Is really cheap lorz! Less than $50 for 5 pax plus 2 mini steamboats and drinks!! Anyway, I really treasure the moment our family share together! ;-)

After lunch, meet dar dar at White Sand... The journey to Pasir Ris is sooooo FAR..... Haiz... He live there... So... No choice larz.. Have to travel... Anyway, we meet for KOPI... Den i accompany him to Casa Mera to collect some stuffs for his boss. Er.. We act like newly wed couple who wants to buy condo lorz.. Haha.. And that lady seem to believe us..Lolx... We went to look at the showroom. The place is quite nice larz.. *Dreamz... *When can i stay in a condo? Haha.. Day dream... Anyway, we took a cab back to his place. We rotz till evening and den had steamboat dinner. Yum Yum! Guess wat? His family actually eat steamboat quite a few time every month! Wao! That's cool mehz! I love steamboat tooo! Lolx...

I feel a little sick today. Guess is becoz of my sore throat...
As usual, we met for lunch today. Had a quick lunch. Den we went shop around at Toa Payoh.
Dar bought "Just Follow Law" VCD. Erz.. For my family to watch first.. Den followed by his
family... Heehee.. ;-)

Dar waited for me to knock off at 7pm. He accompany me to visit the doctor.. Er... Guess wat the doctor say?!? I had throat inflammation... And if i visit him a few days later, i might have lung infection... OH! I WAS SHOCKED! Didn't expect my sore throat to become inflammation! Oh gosh!!! Is scary... Anyway, the medicial fees is scary too! $42 for 5 different kinds of medicines! Aiyooo.... Ke Lian De Wo... Had to eat so many kinds of medicines... Yucks!

Dar sent me home... Er... Mummy saw him. She was quite impressed by him. Mummy seem to like him worz.. Heehee... ;-)

We went to City Hall. Asian blah blah blah to have our dinner. Followed by HOT CHOCOLATE at Pacific Cafe! Had chats with Dar. Today den i realise that i really enjoy looking at Dar when he is telling me serious stuffs! heehee.. ;-)

Suppose to meet HengLing and her bf for dinner. But her bf was sick. So... Left juz me and HIM for dinner. We had our dinner at MOF. Is a Jap resturant at MS. The food was nice especially the IMO ice-cream. Yum Yum... Follow by dinner, was strolling along esplanade. We had a heart to heart talk... And i really learnt a lot frm him... ;-)

I went supper and drinking after work. With him and his friends. Had 3 cups of vodka and i was drunk! Sharks! So embarrassing! But luckily HE was there with me and even send me home. Thanks! ;-)

Work! HE gave me a morning call as promised. Got me breakfast. But was too bzy to eat until 1pm+... So bzy with the test with the new agents... Oh! I realise i m super blur lorz!!! Not enough test paper to them. Can u imagine 6 persons sharing a test paper?!? Aiyo.. Feel so sorry... Anyway, met Jing Han after work. We went Shopping... Dinner... and CHOCOLATE FONDUE!!! Yummy... Oh! And i got a pot which cost $69!!! Specially for Mummy since Mother's Day is around the corner. .. ;-) Anyway, Ger.. I had a great catchup session with u. Hope to see u soon too!

Suppose to be a boring day. No date with any friends. HE stay at home to play with his niece. But he called me at 4pm+ and ask me out. First time worz... Haha.. We went VivoCity for dinner followed by movie... Den drinks at Cafe Del Mar. That is a great chillout place! Soooo BEAUTIFUL!!! Ooh.. and I was hungry by that time... We took a cab down to chinatown for porridge.. Woo.. Boring day turn out to be so interesting.. Haha.. Anyway, sorry... I have made u spent so much money on our first date.

Breakfast frm HIM again. Yup. He is so SweeeeeT.... We had our lunch date with a collegue. (First time lunch with him) ;-) HE actually waited for me to knock off and send me to somerset to meet up with my friends. I was hungry by the time. We went for dinner at LJS. But... haiz.. I vomited again.. Sharks...

Meetup with gers at THE ONE KTV. We had our crazy singing session till 11pm+. It was really fun for the 6 of us.. Haha... We dance, sing, eat, drink and of course the room was filled with our laughter. We decided to go to St. James after the KTV.

Had a great KTV session with Li Fong yesterday. We met up for K Lunch at Marina Square.. Oopz.. But i overslept.. and was late.. Pai sehz ah.. Anyway.. the room was very BIG lorz.... We were like "WAH?!?" haha... After our crazy singing session, we went shop abit and decided to queue for the popular donuts at Raffles City... Thedonuts were so tempting... We saw the queue was very long but was determined to queue... BUT guess wat? We actually left the queue after 15mins... Haha...

After that, i met up with JY to Shenton Way and listen to some finanical advisory... We were held there till 7pm and had dinner with my financial advisor.. We went to Boat Quay and had some coffee till abt 11.30pm...

HenGLing den came to my place to stayover... Had a great chat with her... And... zzz at 4am...

Back home at 2pm + and zzzz… Meet up with alan.. We went river hong bao but was too late.. almost all shop closes.. Oh.. we met David, an ex colleague there. Followed by dinner with alan friends at Geylang…. After the supper, we went to MUSTAFA! My first time there… Dun really like the place.. though there sell quite a lot of stuffs. Anyway, Alan drive me home at abt 5am+… J

After checking the chalet, JH, SP, Wan Qin went to get dinner. As for me and PL, we went to the beach to take photos!!! Hahaha… *gals likes to take photos ma.. Jing Yi bought me a pair of HEELS for my birthday! I love it so much! Thanks! Anyway, we had fried rice, fried noodle and BBQ for our dinner! Yum Yum…

My lovely 3DO1 gals remember my b’day!!! They bought a cake for me!!! *Touched… Is the 2nd time I am celebrating my b’day with the class. I am so HAPPY!!! Oh.. and of coz we took many pics as usual. That JH and PL spread butter on my face while taking pics lorz.. Aiyo! But is fun la! :-P

Wake up at 11am. SP prepare breakfast. She fried hotdogs and eggs for us… Yum Yum… We (JY, Marian, Yun Reei, JH and I) went to ESCAPE Theme Park!!! We have got ourselves wet… haha… JH so timid de… She holds on to my back all the way when we were in the HAUNTED HOUSE. Haha… But I oso quite timid la... Hahaha.. I am so scare of taking the ride on the pirate ship. So SCARY. I kept screaming lorz… We were sooooo HUNGRY by the time we leave the theme park. JH and I order so many foods to eat…. Yummy…

We went back to the chalet and QIAN YI was there!!! YEAH!!! So happy to see her!!! I tried the macaroni that she cooked… Is so tasty!!! ***I am getting fat again! Eat and eat… Hahaha..

While the 4 of us (QY, SP JH, Me) were in the room ourselves, JH suddenly asked me to close my eyes coz she wanna change bra… Hahaha… =X I know something was wrong lorz… When I open my eyes, I saw an envelope!!! They gave me 80 dollars Marina Square Vouchers!!! I can shop till drop lorz… Thanks so much to you gals… OH! And Li Fong too!!! I was so so so TOUCHED and feeling quite emotional after I got the present from them. Er… I am so touched that li fong still remembers my b’day even though she is bzy. I am so touched that each year they (4 of them) will celebrate my b’day for me! This is the 3rd time celebrating with them le! I REALLY love you gals! Ermz.. Memories kept flowing into my mind and I started crying… Oopz.. Followed by SP, JH and finally QY… Many others may find us foolish to cry. But you guyz will nv understand the bonding b/w the 5 of us…

At about 11pm+, we walked to Fisherman Village for a drink. And play some games over there... Ermz… Yun Reei face was flushing after she drank her beer lorz.. Haha.. We went back awhile later and of course sleep… Haha…

Woke up at 8am! Bath and left the our ‘home’>>> 3D2N Chalet. Said goodbyes and had hugs with the gals… Today is the end of our chalet. We might be going on to the different phase of our life. But I really wish we can meet again one day.

My aunt had a car accident.

Went back to child care centre today.
Mentor gave me many feedbacks on my lesson plans.
I am gonna do some amendments to my lesson plans later.. =)
After leaving the centre, i accompany Shuann for her late lunch.
We had a great time chatting at canteen 2...
Saw Mrs Pang. Her baby is gonna due in 5 more wks!!!
Her stomach very big and round.... =p
Anyway, we leave the school at 4pm+...
Ooh... I took a bus down to esplanade...
Stroll down... to... the other end... (i dunno how to explain... )

I feel calm...

Suppose to meet Pei Ling at 8.30am at Clementi Mac this morning...
Er... But i woke up at 8.50am!!! Oopz... Sorry Ling that i overslept..
Anyway, we went tiong bahru instead of Clementi.. We had some kopi at Ya Kun.
Followed by breakfast at Tiong Bahru Market...
The market is juz like a shopping centre... So cool...
We had char siew rice and my favourite Shui Kweh!!!
Yum Yum.... =) We den proceed to Great World City Mac to do complete our assignment...
Er.. But we still stuck lorz!!!! Sianz....

Anyway, I meet Jing Yi at P.S this evening. We had our dinner at LJS. Followed by me getting a top at FOX. Yeah! Is GSS... And i have 30% discount for the top! I love it!!! Heehee.. =) We den walk towards OrChard Specialist Center.. Er.. The club 'Music UnderGround' not open yet so we decided to go Devil's instead.. We went in to Devil's... And guess what??? There are less than 10 ppls at the live band section lorz... Nothing interest us over there so we went to 'Life' KTV pub... There were very little ppls over there too.. Three tables in total? Yup... We ordered a jug of vodka lime... We sang and sang and sang.. Oh.. a pretty lady jio me to sing a song with her too... =) We had fun over there.. Until... a STUPID, IDOIT, OLD, UGLY and DISGUSTING old man came over... He join us at our table and kept asking us to drink... Though i can't drink but I knew Jing Yi can't too.. So i drank with him... Er... He even held our hand and insist not to put down lorz... SIAO! Oh.. he also invited us for supper.. HE IS CRAZY!!! Luckily, a staff over there, Nicholas save us... =)

Went bank hunting with uncle this morning.. He came to my place to pick me up. Den we went to many many many banks.. From OCBC to DBS to Maybank to Standard Chartard to UOB to RHB to HSBC. Woo.. First time go so many banks in a day... 7 banks sia!!! Haha..

Meet Han at Anchorpoint to work on our lesson plans... haiz... i m not even done... sianz... Onli finish lesson 2!!! Is so difficult lor!!! Oh... We went to Watson after that and guess wat? He is doing me a favour. 2nd: He has feelings. Oh.. he also ask whether he can tells his parent i m 20 years old instead of 19. Er.. i understand that parents are worried that at my age, we are not serious with relationship. Haiz.. After he said so many things... My heart had a deep deep pain... I dunno why.. Mayb i finally sees the problem of our age gap... Mayb is time to end....

Met his bro and bro gf... We went Singtel and his bro signed up for some internet service.. We had our dinner at Mac. Er.. Uncle accompany me to get some sushi at COLD STORAGE for my bro. Wake up at 8am+++... Call hengling... Charles... Oh.. And Chee Sing call me too... Haha~~ All outramians... I decided not to go band but carnival for today. Cos i wanna give Charles a birthday surprise!!! We waited till abt 11am+++ for Jas to come and we sing birthday song for him!!! La~La~La~ Oh.. Btw i saw many many ppls today.. So happy to meetup with them... First is Mr DT!!! He left outram today... Guess what he says abt me? "You look elegant, calm. U are a rose standing between the guys..." Oooh... This is the very very very FIRST time Mr DT compliment me lorz.. HAHA... I melt le... :-p Oh.. and i saw Luvena, Hui Shan, Priya, Chee Sing, Bryan, Kenny, Xuan Hui, Ian, ShangHao, Tracy and blah blah blah... I find that the guyz really change a lot lorz... Specially shanghao and ian.. I can't recognize them lorz.. They are already in NS le.. Times really flies... I miss the time in sec school when 4/5 were so childish playing around... Haiz.. Hengling miss charles birthday celebration as she have to prepare for work... This means the 3 of us didn't meet again.. It has been a long long time since S.H.E meetup... =(

I came back home to shower and dressup before meeting Alvin at K Box at paradiz at 2.30pm...
We had a great time singing all kinds of duets from oldies 'Tian Mi Mi' to 'Lian Ai Dai Ren'... Oh.. i also prepare a surprise birthday cake for him too!!! Heehee.. I am fair to both Charles and Alvin de horz.. Heehee.. =p Er.. Kor was very surprise and he finish the slice of cake!!! Heehee.. =) Afte the K session.. We went to the Singapore Pool shop.. Is at Paradiz Centre too. We waited for 4D results to come out. Is my first time seeing 'LIVE' 4D result lorz.. the process is so funny.. Heehee.. We had our dinner at MOS BURGER... Er.. There is a gal that likes kor lorz... Is his ex colleague... but he dun like her la.. Er.. the gal seem dun like me lei.. Mayb she jealous that i chatting happily with kor ba... ??? I feel so bad.. Haiz.. Anyway, we went BALCONY at heeren to chilled out. Kor had a beer and i had a beer and a martini.. Haha... I nv vomit wor... Yeah! Finally can drink without vomiting.. =)

Uncle came to my house to fix my pc yesterday... and is the first time he tried my mum cooking too.. Heehee.. I dun think he like my mum cooking coz very little meats.. HeeHee... Anyway, he bought my hard disk home. Guess my hard disk is dead le.. We decided to go 'LIFE' for a drink... We took 111 and reach there at 8pm++ We had 6 bottles of vooch and 1 corona extra beers.. Er.. Heng Ling got help us drink la.. Er.. i play the game 'five, ten' with uncle.. And keep lose lorz.. Drink and drink.. Haha.. Oh.. btw.. Ken keep make fun of me and uncle lei.. He keep asking out to get closer and closer when taking pic lorz.. I m so so so so pai sehz... The worse is that he want ask to kiss lorz... But we didn't la! Anyway, we drank till 1am + and uncle sent me home...
